Nishant Verman is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in science, with a specialization in computer engineering from The University of Michigan along with a master’s degree in business administration from the Northwestern University.
He has previously worked with Flipkart Internet Private Limited and Canaan Advisors Private Limited, and is currently the chief executive officer of Overleap Networks Private Limited.
