About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile Associate Marketing Content Strategist to help us build our digital storytelling efforts. This role is perfect for a creative professional who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and managing all public-facing content, from our official website to our social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand, business goals, and audience needs.
- Write and edit high-quality content for our website, public pages, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and style across all our communication platforms.
Website & Digital Design
- Take full ownership of our public-facing website pages like the customer and product offering pages
- Design, build, and maintain these public pages
- Create a seamless and intuitive user experience, ensuring our pages are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Creative Assets & Social Media
- Produce creative assets (e.g., graphics, images, and short videos) for our website and social media channels.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to support product launches, talent acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a related role. A portfolio showcasing your content and design work is plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. You have a strong eye for design and can translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals and text.
- Hands-on experience with at least one no-code website builder. You are comfortable building and managing web pages without a developer.
- The ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to refine and improve your content strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and HR.
- Ability to take ownership of multiple tasks and work with cross functional teams
