About the Role
As an Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Tracxn, you will work closely with technology, product, and operations teams to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, issues, and ensure smooth execution and closure of data-driven initiatives. This role blends data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination, and is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with data and driving structured outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and problem areas, and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Support program planning and execution by breaking down tasks, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Manage execution, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify data-related or workflow issues and collaborate with relevant teams to drive resolution and ensure closure.
- Track progress using structured updates, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring patterns or gaps in data and processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
What Were Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in data analysis, program management, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills to explain findings to both technical and business teams.
- Exposure to Python and/or SQL is good to have.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
