About the Role
As an Internal Product Manager at Tracxn, you’ll lead automation-focused initiatives that enhance internal efficiency and streamline workflows across teams. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, and translating business needs into clear, actionable product specifications for engineering. This role involves deep collaboration with stakeholders, identifying automation opportunities, and learning product fundamentals under the guidance of experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Definition & Documentation:
- Define product features and write detailed PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements for developers.
- Ensure requirements are comprehensive, unambiguous, and prioritized effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand processes, pain points, and automation needs.
- Work cross-functionally to align on problem statements, scope, and desired outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to track progress, gather feedback, and ensure transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement:
- Document current workflows and design improved, automated workflows.
- Track adoption and impact post-deployment, refining solutions based on feedback.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose scalable, automation-driven improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaboration & Delivery:
- Partner with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality execution of automation features.
- Review output for alignment with defined requirements and business goals.
- Support deployment and ensure smooth adoption across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in product management with strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow mapping.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into clear, executable product requirements.
- Experience in automation or internal product-building is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented and structured thinker with the ability to create comprehensive PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Note: This role is not a generic TPM position - it is specifically for candidates who want to focus on requirement writing and internal product building.
