Job Description
We are looking for intellectually curious and detail-oriented individuals from top institutions to join our Sector Research team. As a Lead Analyst, you will drive in-depth research on global technology sectors, track emerging companies, and design frameworks that scale intelligence across the platform. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about becoming thought leaders in their sector and shaping research at both the company and industry level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive research and build a strong knowledge base on assigned technology sectors (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, Enterprise Applications, ClimateTech).
- Define structured frameworks and data definitions for complex business scenarios.
- Identify, evaluate, and classify high-potential startups and emerging trends globally.
- Produce high-quality sector landscapes, research notes, and strategic insights.
- Mentor and review work of junior analysts to ensure quality and consistency.
- Contribute to scoring models and tagging frameworks, enabling scalable sector intelligence
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduates from top-tier institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs).
- 4–8 years of experience in research, consulting, VC/PE, strategy, or analytics.
- Deep functional or sector expertise and interest in startups and emerging technologies.
- Experience in secondary research and report generation preferred.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to define frameworks, mentor teams, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
