About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-oriented Manager - Strategy and Operations, Marketing to oversee the core operational and strategic functions of our marketing department. This role is crucial for ensuring efficiency, consistency, and growth across all our public-facing marketing channels. You will be responsible for translating our brand vision into executable strategies and optimizing day-to-day operations across various marketing units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Initiatives:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives designed to significantly increase brand visibility, market penetration, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.
  • Work with the leadership and help them drive the annual and quarterly marketing planning process, to set achievable, data-driven goals.

2. Operational Oversight & Execution:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of core marketing units, including Social Media Management, Digital Advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), and Content/Design Production for public pages.
  • Streamline workflows and processes across marketing functions to maximize efficiency, accountability, and project delivery timelines.
  • Manage the internal marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are coordinated and executed on time and within budget.

3. Brand Consistency:

  • Act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines across all external and internal marketing channels (social, web, digital ads, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain documentation, style guides, and approval processes to ensure 100% brand consistency in all published material.

4. Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and marketing campaign success.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all core marketing activities, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing specialists (e.g., social media coordinators, content creators, digital ads managers, etc).
  • Set clear goals, providing regular feedback to ensure team members are meeting high standards of execution and innovation.
  • Manage team capacity, assign projects, and ensure optimal allocation of marketing resources to meet strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of professional experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated first-hand experience in the full cycle of marketing: Ideation, Execution, and Operations.
  • Proven expertise in managing one or more core marketing channels (e.g., social media, content, digital advertising) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing agency/vendor relationships.
