About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager – Marketing to lead cross-functional marketing programs that strengthen Tracxn’s brand, visibility, and communication impact.

This role blends program management, marketing execution, and brand communications, while supporting high-visibility external initiatives including media-facing campaigns and narrative development—without being PR-heavy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Planning & Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing programs across brand, communication, and visibility initiatives.
  • Manage campaign workflows and timelines with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the creation and distribution of high-impact communication assets (e.g., announcements, insights-driven content, leadership messaging).
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for marketing and communication processes.

  1. Operational Oversight & Process Improvement:
  • Monitor ongoing marketing programs, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in brand voice and all external-facing communication by maintaining clear messaging guidelines, reviewing key content for tone and accuracy. 
  • Collaborating closely with content and design teams to uphold brand standards across channels.

  1. Strategic Planning & Reporting:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
  • Run front-end campaigns that support media-relations efforts—such as distributing key stories, amplifying insights across owned channels, and coordinating with partners to increase communication reach
  • Track campaign outcomes, brand mentions, and communication impact to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, category movement, and competitor communication approaches.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with marketing, content, analytics, and design teams to build data-driven, high-quality narratives.
  • Work with leadership to align marketing communication outcomes with broader business goals.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to streamline execution of external-facing communication initiatives, including media-related deliverables when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing, preferably in B2B or tech.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a knack for crafting clear, engaging narratives.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong execution capability.
