About the Role

We are seeking a strategic problem solver and business leader to lead and scale 1–2 business units or drive critical modules.

This role is designed for a strategic operator and structured problem solver who thrives in ambiguity. You will independently diagnose complex business challenges, design scalable solutions, and drive execution with measurable impact. The role demands ownership, analytical depth, and the ability to translate strategy into operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership & Strategic Problem Solving
  • Own and scale 1–2 business units or strategic modules with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Identify high-impact business problems through structured root cause analysis.
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into clearly defined problem statements and action plans.
  • Define and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously track performance metrics and proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive measurable improvements in revenue, cost efficiency, productivity, or scalability.

2. Operational Excellence & Systems Building
  • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and operating systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Design dashboards and performance monitoring mechanisms to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement automation and structural improvements to eliminate recurring bottlenecks.
  • Drive rigorous review mechanisms and course-correct when performance deviates from targets.
  • Ensure delivery with quality, speed, and operational discipline.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Drive structured decision-making across stakeholders and resolve cross-functional complexities.
  • Influence senior leaders through strong analytical reasoning and data-backed recommendations.
  • Manage external stakeholders where required to accelerate strategic outcomes.
4. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts with a strong performance culture.
  • Set clear goals, define KPIs, and establish accountability mechanisms.
  • Coach team members to improve structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Build a high-performance environment focused on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or program management roles.
  • Proven track record of independently managing P&L or large functional modules.
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex, ambiguous business problems with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in Marketing, Data, SaaS, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and structured problem-solving frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
