About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Data at Tracxn, you’ll lead programs focused on building and maintaining our core data assets, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems. You will break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects, design testing frameworks, and ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions. This role involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and is ideal for individuals passionate about data, AI, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition and enrichment, primarily leveraging LLMs.
  • Ownership of Core Data: Take full responsibility for building and maintaining key data points driving private market intelligence.
  • Project Structuring: Break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Design rigorous frameworks to evaluate data-building strategies and continuously monitor data quality.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, clearly communicating strategies, findings, and results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data processes and optimize workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-6 years of experience in technical program management or a related technical role, with a background in engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar) being a plus.
  • Proven experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate technical concepts.
  • Disciplined, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning.
